Status of goals for this year
Change diet to something much more healthy - Currently underway.

Okay, so, I’ve become fixated on improving myself lately, but really, had no real place to start. I’ve decided to start with my diet, considering that maybe eating healthier can be a gateway to other forms of self improvement, maybe even better mental health.

I just had the most other-worldly gym experience...
Everyone was speaking French. Every single person in the gym that wasn’t me was speaking French. I was incredibly baffled. Everyone who predominantly spoke French just so happened to be in the gym at the exact same time.
